What we do
International Associations & CPCO
Bid preparation, local-host coordination, delegate registration, abstract handling, scientific programme logistics and on-site delivery for international association congresses in Istanbul and across Türkiye.
Exhibition Management
Floor planning, exhibitor sales support, stand allocation and exhibitor services for exhibitions attached to congresses and corporate events.
Destination Management
Venues, hotels, transfers, social programmes and local compliance for corporate events and congresses visiting Türkiye — priced competitively, delivered by one local team.
National Events
Consultancy, destination sourcing and full PCO/CPCO delivery for national and regional association congresses — the annual meetings that must simply work, year after year.
Recent congresses
Every congress we have run is real, named and verifiable — the association, the edition and the delegate count. Ask any of them about us.
The proof that matters: they come back
A congress is a two-to-four-year relationship. The Family Medicine Academy research congress has run fifteen consecutive editions with us — growing from 122 delegates to over 1,400.
